We are seeking a compassionate and skilled pharmacist to join our team at Walgreens.


About the Job:


The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional patient care and services in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.

  • Anticipate patient needs and offer relevant services such as medication management and drug therapy reviews.">

  • Perform various pharmacist tasks including compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.">

  • Maintain current knowledge of information technology associated with pharmacy systems and ensure accurate processing of insurance claims.">

  • Follow up with medical providers and insurance companies to resolve any discrepancies or issues.">

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you must have a BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution and current licensure in the states within the district.

Salary Information:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 1 year experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance.
