Job Description
This role involves delivering high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, and coordinate care for patients with general surgery, urology, and orthopedics needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, teamwork abilities, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities
- Patient/Family Centered Care: Utilize the nursing process to deliver compassionate care, placing patients and their families at the center of every decision.
- Patient Discharge & Referrals: Participates in multidisciplinary discharge planning referrals to hospital and community resources as needed.
- Safe, Therapeutic, and Healing Environment: Create a secure and healing environment by safeguarding patient privacy and ensuring responsive, respectful, accepting, and professional behavior.
- Effective Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills to foster collaboration among the healthcare team, facilitating information sharing throughout the continuum of care.
