About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dialysis team at Health Systems Management, Inc.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides prescribed medical treatment and dialysis treatment to patients
  • Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to achieve highest standards of care
  • Maintains accurate and timely documentation of patient information
  • Participates in ongoing education and training programs to enhance clinical knowledge and skills

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current LPN licensure appropriate to the state of practice
  • Excellent bedside manner and communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and fill in when needed
