Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our rental car services.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with various aspects of the rental process, including checking cars, processing rentals, and providing excellent customer service.
- Work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, interacting with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operate a variety of vehicles, including rental cars, and perform tasks such as checking vehicles and processing rentals.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.
