Job Title: Cocktail Server

Location: Finger Lakes Gaming in Farmington, New York

Job Type: Part-time

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Cocktail Server to join our team at Finger Lakes Gaming. As a Cocktail Server, you will be responsible for serving a variety of drinks to guests while providing excellent service in every interaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and communicate drink specials
  • Answer questions about available beverages and take beverage orders
  • Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly and request identification
  • Enter drink orders into the point-of-sale system and deliver to guests
  • Prepare and deliver guest checks and accept payment

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to obtain a New York Gaming License
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand names
  • Basic math skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
  • Ability to lift, balance, and carry trays weighing up to 35 pounds

Shift Details:

Evening shift, every weekend, and holidays
