Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
- Upselling: Promote specials, signature cocktails, and upsell additional items to enhance guests' experience and increase revenue.
- Knowledge Sharing: Demonstrate expertise in our cocktail menu, food menu, and burlesque performances to answer guest inquiries and make recommendations.
- Maintaining Standards: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the server area, including glassware, utensils, and workstations, in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with bartenders, performers, and other teammembers to ensure seamless service and a memorable experience for guests.
- Upscale Presentation: Uphold the elegant and sophisticated atmosphere of the club through professional appearance, demeanor, and communication.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, particularly in a high-volume bar or nightclub environment, is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests and provide exceptional service.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, outgoing personality, and a passion for delivering memorable experiences to guests.
