Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Medicine Specialist to join our team at Agile Occupational Medicine. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients suffering from work-related injuries and conditions.

Our mission is to ensure the health and well-being of workers through various medical services, including injury care, physical examinations, and commercial care.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient's therapeutic and rehabilitative status and develop an appropriate treatment plan
  • Update and modify treatment plans as necessary
  • Counsel patients on exercises, home programs, and patient education
  • Maintain open communication with referring physicians and patients regarding treatment plans and progress

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current California PT license required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
