As an Occupational Medicine Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, managing medical protocols, and coordinating professional medical services within our occupational health program.
Responsibilities- Examine patients, compile medical data, and interpret diagnostic test results
- Administer diagnostic tests, such as x-rays and laboratory tests
- Compile patient medical data, including health history and physical examination results
- Interpret diagnostic test results for deviations from normal
- Perform therapeutic procedures, such as injections and wound care
- Instruct and counsel patients on prescribed therapeutic regimens and health maintenance
- Develop and implement patient management plans, record progress notes, and ensure continuity of care
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Bachelor's degree in a related health field from an accredited college or university
- Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
- Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program of an accredited university
- Board Certification
- Occupational Medicine experience preferred, but willing to train otherwise qualified candidates
- FMCSA NRCME certification required prior to start date
- DEA certification required prior to start date
- Customarily has at least one year of demonstrated experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or an emergency setting
- Procedural proficiency preferred (laceration repairs, suturing, foreign body removals, etc.)
- Concentra Core Competencies of Service Mentality, Attention to Detail, Sense of Urgency, Initiative, and Flexibility
- Ability to make decisions or solve problems using logic and critical thinking

The annual salary range for this position is $162,000 - $201,000, depending on job-related factors such as level of experience, geographic location, and seniority.
