Job Overview
Southwest Physician Opportunities is seeking an Occupational Medicine Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team in the San Francisco Bay Area. As an Occupational Medicine Specialist, you will be responsible for providing care to patients dealing with occupational-related injuries and collaborating closely with a healthcare team to craft comprehensive treatment plans.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position ranges from $230K to $280K per year, based on experience. The generous benefits package includes malpractice insurance with tail coverage, company health insurance, paid vacation and sick leave, CME hours and reimbursement for continuing education, and a 401K plan. Additionally, all overhead costs, including office expenses, staffing, equipment, and administrative aspects, are covered by the group.

Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Occupational Medicine Specialist to work in a fast-paced multidisciplinary clinic setting. As an Occupational Medicine Specialist, you will average 16-22 patients per day and have the opportunity to collaborate with a variety of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients. CA Workman's Comp experience is a plus, but not required. Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends is also offered. This position can be full-time or part-time, depending on your preference.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful as an Occupational Medicine Specialist, you should have a strong understanding of occupational medicine principles and practices. A Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) status in Occupational Medicine is required, along with a current California medical license by the time of employment. No hospital call is required for this position.
