Fitness Sales Professional

- Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and service excellence for the Pure Barre luxury fitness brand
- Generate new business opportunities through Grass Roots Marketing and networking
- Oversee studio sales functionality and manage staff schedules
- Supervise Sales Representatives and collect outstanding dues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio, enforce policies and procedures, and provide exceptional customer service
- Become proficient in ClubReady software to troubleshoot client account inquiries and sales opportunities
- Contact prospects and schedule barre classes to enroll them in memberships
- Requirements
- 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience
- Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Representatives
- Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams, including memberships and retail
- Previous management or supervisory experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a solution-based and results-oriented approach
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
- Affinity and passion for fitness, with professional, punctual, reliable, and neat and organized work habits
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public
- Proficiency with computers and Studio software, with the ability to work a flexible schedule
