  • Key Responsibilities
    • Drive sales and service excellence for the Pure Barre luxury fitness brand
    • Generate new business opportunities through Grass Roots Marketing and networking
    • Oversee studio sales functionality and manage staff schedules
    • Supervise Sales Representatives and collect outstanding dues
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio, enforce policies and procedures, and provide exceptional customer service
    • Become proficient in ClubReady software to troubleshoot client account inquiries and sales opportunities
    • Contact prospects and schedule barre classes to enroll them in memberships
  • Requirements
    • 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience
    • Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Representatives
    • Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams, including memberships and retail
    • Previous management or supervisory experience required
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a solution-based and results-oriented approach
    • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
    • Affinity and passion for fitness, with professional, punctual, reliable, and neat and organized work habits
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to handle confidential information
    • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public
    • Proficiency with computers and Studio software, with the ability to work a flexible schedule
