Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team. This role will oversee warehouse operations, delivery teams, and supervise a team of 10-12 employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, distribution, and sales, with excellent organizational skills and a positive attitude.



Responsibilities



  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and activities related to receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Delivery Team Management: Supervise and coordinate delivery teams, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of 10-12 employees, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high levels of productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure products are stored and handled correctly, and that any quality issues are addressed promptly.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols and procedures.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, customer service, and logistics departments.


Requirements



  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., supply chain management, business administration) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, distribution, or sales; experience in a supervisory or management role preferred.
  • Skills:


    • Warehouse Management: Proven experience in managing warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
    • Team Management: Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising and developing a team of employees.
    • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
    • Technology: Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology platforms related to inventory management and logistics.


  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects (up to 75 lbs); ability to stand for long periods and walk in a warehouse environment.
