Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely completion of assigned engagements with a focus on accuracy.
  • Engage with clients to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery.
  • Conduct thorough research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of professional standards.
  • Adhere to the firm's established policies and procedures.
  • Support the recruitment and development of interns and junior staff through mentoring and training initiatives.
  • Prepare comprehensive audit files and documentation.
  • Execute audit programs for designated audit areas.
  • Compile audit workpapers utilizing client-supplied documents.
  • Review and evaluate completed financial statements for accuracy.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required; a 150-hour degree is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Progress towards CPA certification is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in ProSystems Engagement software is a plus.

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $75,000
