Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Lead Finance Strategist to enhance our Finance & Accounts division based in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and finalization of weekly, monthly, and annual financial statements for statutory, tax, and group reporting.
- Development of monthly cash flow forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial reporting requirements.
- Manage statutory obligations for ROC and tax.
- Safeguard electronic data through regular backups and ensure its retrieval when necessary.
- Conduct periodic reviews of processes and procedures, updating them to align with evolving statutory requirements.

Qualifications:
To excel in this position, candidates should possess:
- A qualified CA with 3-5 years of experience, or Inter CA/ICWA with 8-12 years of experience.
- Proficiency in accounting, taxation, and financial planning.
- Familiarity with auditing practices and GST regulations.
