French Broad River Brewery, a well-established brewery operating since 2000, is seeking an On-Premise Sales Representative for the RDU/Triangle region. This role involves acting as a territory sales representative, focusing on Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, and nearby locations. The representative will collaborate closely with distribution partners to manage existing accounts, cultivate new leads, and enhance sales within the market.
Compensation and Work Schedule
Salary: $35,000-$50,000/Yr (Base + Commission)
Hours: Full Time - 40 Hrs/week, with a variable schedule.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift a minimum of 55 lbs
- Capacity to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours)

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily in-person sales visits in the NC Triangle area to maintain relationships with existing accounts, identify new leads, and expand market presence.
- Engage in weekly communication with distribution partners to provide feedback from market visits.
- Maintain a consistent account visit schedule, adhering to weekly, monthly, and quarterly requirements.
- Utilize a CRM platform to keep an organized database of accounts, leads, and contacts.
- Collaborate with distributor representatives to support accounts and nurture positive relationships between the brewery and distributors.
- Participate in market activities with distributor representatives, including ride-alongs and special events as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for accounts or distribution partners to troubleshoot issues, assist with customer satisfaction, and host potential accounts.
- Occasional travel to Asheville, NC, for training, supply allocation, and facility visits is required, with accommodations and travel expenses covered by the brewery.
