A DAY IN THE LIFE:

As a Dining Room Attendant, your primary responsibilities include delivering orders and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area to ensure guests enjoy a pleasant dining experience. Your key tasks will include:

  • Understanding and memorizing the menu offerings
  • Familiarizing yourself with food ingredients
  • Responding to guest inquiries about the menu and providing recommendations
  • Safely transporting trays of food and beverages
  • Assisting service staff as needed
  • Adhering to established service protocols
  • Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards, including bussing tables, wiping down surfaces, and setting up or breaking down dining arrangements
  • Complying with all company policies as outlined in the employee handbook
  • Demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Collaborating effectively with team members to achieve shared goals
  • Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment

A valid ServSafe Food Handler Certificate is required.
