Community Living Specialist

The Community Living Specialist will provide support and assistance to individuals in our Level 3 residential programs, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their goals. This role requires a highly motivated and compassionate individual who shares our commitment to empowering people with disabilities.
You will work closely with our team to provide personalized support and care to each individual, including creating opportunities for individuals to make decisions and develop their skills. You will also be responsible for maintaining required documentation and adhering to regulatory standards.
This role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. We offer a competitive salary range of $42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for professional development.
