Job Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for a behavior specialist to join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of students. As an RBT, you will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans as directed by BCBAs, providing direct one-on-one therapy and support to students, collecting and recording data accurately on client progress and behavior, participating in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision to enhance professional development, and maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards always.

Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Provide individualized support to students, promoting positive behavioral growth and development.
  • Collect and analyze data on student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress and behavior.
