About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Verbal Beginnings, LLC. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for creating and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs and providing oversight for specific cases within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive skills and behavior assessments to develop personalized treatment plans
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to achieve optimal client outcomes
  • Train, supervise, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality care
  • Collaborate with supervisors and the quality assurance team to drive clinical excellence
  • Coordinate with caregivers to empower them as partners in their child's progress
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification with experience supervising ABA-based treatment programs
  • Licensure in the state of Maryland or active pursuit of licensure
  • Dedication to providing high-quality, outcomes-based care to our clients and their families
