Job Description and Duties

Under the direction of the Apprenticeship Expansion Unit's Staff Services Manager, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst will support statewide apprenticeship expansion focused on Partnership and/or Program Management. The incumbent will counsel and educate on the Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) in California linked to the Interagency Advisory Committee on Apprenticeship, attend committee meetings, refer with management, and provide guidance to ensure adherence to rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze data and present ideas on the efficacy and compliance of apprenticeship program evaluation and policy analysis.
  • Deliver oral and multimedia presentations to various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with staff statewide to complete work assignments.
  • Occasional travel required.
Requirements
  • A valid California Driver's License (CDL) is required.
  • The Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) should contain no more than two pages highlighting experience in apprenticeship career pathways, developing and maintaining strong partnerships, and managing multiple priorities.
