Job Summary
Nuvance Health is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse and logistics center. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of products to meet the needs of our patients and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the receipt and inspection of incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Managing inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and carriers to ensure reliable and cost-effective transportation.
- Leading a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent and three years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
- Prior experience in medical or healthcare settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software and other technology used in inventory management.
