The candidate will work closely with material planning, quality control, and manufacturing personnel. They must provide exceptional customer service, ensuring on-time delivery to internal customers, and high accuracy in material kitting.

This position is for a Logistics Analyst at Danbury, CT. We welcome applicants with varying experience levels.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure efficient, accurate, and timely delivery of products, services, and data entry.
  • Daily Stockroom, Shipping, and Receiving functions include material receipts, inventory management, kitting parts, and stock put away.
  • Experience working with online systems, including UPS, Fed-Ex, WAWF, is a plus.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and planning for overhead inventory.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and logistics data in SAP.
  • Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Report discrepancies or issues to the management team promptly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes that meet business objectives.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • 2 Years of Experience relevant to Logistics, Warehousing, SCM, or Material Planning
  • Experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management Preferred

  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of logistics principles, practices, and procedures a plus
