Maintenance Technician Job Description

Michelin is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance activities on industrial equipment and IS systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and PLC-related issues on industrial equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in electrical and mechanical technologies.
Requirements:
  • 2-year AS degree in EET (Electrical/Electronics Technology) or Mechatronics.
  • 3 years of experience in electrical/electronics field or mechanical and electrical repair.
  • Military training and experience in electrical/electronics or mechanical/electrical.
  • Ability to pass a written skills assessment with a score of 65%.
