Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Foot Locker. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily maintenance operations, ensuring prompt resolution of operational inefficiencies.
  • Supervise a team of technicians on facility maintenance, including facility clean-up, landscaping, plumbing, office repairs, lighting, fire suppression systems, and electrical repairs.
  • Coordinate with vendors on all facets of maintenance, from routine building repairs to HVAC repairs and required fire suppression inspections.
  • Effectively communicate with technical support vendors to quickly troubleshoot and repair important production systems.
  • Mentor team members through coaching and feedback sessions, while assisting in their ongoing development.
  • Update and review technician updates utilizing the Computerized Maintenance Management System.
  • Ensure all technicians are following all OSHA standards, safety guidelines, and company policies.
  • Monitor and enforce departmental, facility, and company policies and procedures.
  • Quality control work of technicians to ensure completion of tasks, required repairs, and preventative maintenance to manufacturers specifications and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Associates degree or Technical Certification in Logistics, Maintenance Management, Industrial Technology, or equivalent years of work-related experience.
  • Previous knowledge of Electrical Systems, Conveyance, or Material Handling Maintenance technology preferred.
  • Comprehensive experience working with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Teams.
