Compensation:

$13 - $15 hourly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and register guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone and in-person, providing information about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and ensure all information is up-to-date.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared for guests.
  • Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Process payments and manage cash drawer transactions during your shift.
  • Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
  • Assist with breakfast service and maintain cleanliness in common areas.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with poise.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Familiarity with safety and security protocols.
  • Competent in using computers and relevant software applications.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours based on business needs.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation systems.
