Insurance Sales Professional

We are seeking a driven Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at Armor Insurance Group LLC. As an Independent Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for building your client base and managing your own sales pipeline.
Your primary focus will be on prospecting, networking, and closing sales to help clients protect their assets and plan for the future.
Salary: $60,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on performance and experience.

Armor Insurance is an independent insurance agency offering insurance solutions to meet all the insured needs of our clients. We help our clients by educating them on potential risks they may face, and how to manage those risks protecting their income and assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong client base through prospecting, networking, and sales efforts
- Manage your own sales pipeline and prioritize tasks effectively
- Provide excellent communication and negotiation skills to close sales and build client relationships
- Maintain state insurance licenses and adhere to industry regulations
- Participate in ongoing training and support to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- State insurance license (must obtain if not currently licensed)
- High school diploma; additional education or certifications are a plus
