Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Superintendent to join our team at Autokiniton. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance department and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide direct leadership to maintenance supervisors and hourly associates, mentoring and coaching them to achieve their full potential.
  • Maintenance Management: Responsible for maintaining maximum levels of production utilization and efficiency, ensuring that all maintenance activities are prioritized and executed effectively.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in a safe and quality-conscious manner, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify, select, train, and coach talent, and drive problem-solving methods to resolve plant and customer issues.
  • Communication: Communicate key information to the organization through regular updates and reports, and champion assigned engineering changes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Industrial Technology preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of TS 16949 and ISO 14001 regulations, ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
