HAMILTON FAMILIES IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO ENDING FAMILY HOMELESSNESS IN THE SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA. WE PROVIDE A RANGE OF SERVICES, INCLUDING HOUSING SUPPORT, CASE MANAGEMENT, AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, TO HELP FAMILIES ACHIEVE STABILITY AND SELF-SUFFICIENCY.

The Role

  • Oversee participant program activities and provide guidance and training for case managers
  • Supervise case management staff, conduct regular meetings, record keeping, performance reviews, and coaching
  • Lead recruitment efforts and training for case management staff
  • Develop individual assessments and service plans

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in social work, psychology, human services setting or related field
  • Experience managing a team, setting goals, coaching opportunities, and professional development
  • Familiarity with Bay Area resources for low-income families

Benefits

  • $65,520 - $83,140 per year, depending on experience
