As a Lead Solutions Engineer specializing in OTM at RXO, Inc., you will play a crucial role in the deployment and management of the OTM tool for both new and transitioning clients. Your efforts will also focus on driving ongoing enhancements and providing support for our existing clientele. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the assessment and interpretation of business needs and the formulation of solutions for both new and existing clients. Revise and refine functional design specifications and solutions to meet project demands. Configure, evaluate, and document the logistics solution based on OTM. Identify and implement enhancements to current operational systems through analysis, creativity, and expertise. Educate and onboard new and transitioning clients while continuously supporting existing clients. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, business development, and IT teams to apply Lean methodologies in developing solutions and standards for complex projects. Articulate business requirements to technical teams and simplify intricate technical details for non-technical audiences. Foster and enhance strategic relationships with senior management at client organizations.

Qualifications for Success:

To be considered, you should possess:

A Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain, Operations, Management Information Systems, or equivalent relevant experience. A minimum of 2 years of cross-functional business experience, encompassing business analysis, transportation, logistics, and/or supply chain solutions. At least 1 year of experience with OTM.

Preferred qualifications include:

5 years of cross-functional business experience in business analysis, transportation, logistics, and/or supply chain solutions. Proven project management experience. Ability to learn and comprehend a comprehensive suite of technical solutions and provide recommendations based on business needs. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal abilities with experience in leading a team of professionals. Knowledge of Lean principles, including value stream mapping and Kaizen execution planning/management.
