**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at the Association of University Centers on Disabilities. As an integral part of our Office of the Executive Director, this role will provide exceptional administrative support to our leadership team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a minimum of 5 years of progressively growing administrative experience in a non-profit environment. They will have advanced Microsoft office skills and demonstrated written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities include acting as a liaison between the Executive Director and various teams, interfacing with the Board for activities and meetings, and serving as the official public representative of the Office of the Executive Director.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 5 or more years of progressively growing administrative experience in a non-profit environment
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills
  • Demonstrated written and spoken communication skills

Preferred qualifications include an undergraduate degree, lived experience with disability, or prior experience facilitating and coordinating accessibility and accommodation needs.

**Benefits**
