Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our team, you will:

  • Collaborate with laboratory technicians and chemists to evaluate analytical needs and assist in the development of assays and related systems, including workflow, instrumentation requirements, and data collection methodologies.
  • Provide training to laboratory personnel on the setup and operation of advanced instruments such as High-Performance Liquid Chromatographs (HPLC), Mass Spectrometers (MS), and Ultraviolet-Visible Spectrophotometers.
  • Oversee the installation of analytical systems and ensure proper functionality.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and perform troubleshooting and repairs on laboratory equipment.
  • Execute calibration and validation processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.
  • Offer remote support to clients for equipment-related inquiries.
