Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a dedicated Production Technician to contribute to their manufacturing operations.

As a Production Technician, you will play a crucial role in the mass production of component parts that support assembly processes.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong attendance record, possess excellent teamwork abilities, and quickly adapt to following all operational guidelines that align with the organization’s objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform various production tasks including mechanical assembly, conducting pressure tests, functional testing, and handling materials.
  • Operate machinery such as air wrenches, hydraulic or pneumatic presses, and other tools to execute fitting, fastening, or bonding tasks on the assembly line.
  • Sort and place parts in specified configurations, utilizing hand-eye coordination to secure components through bolting, clipping, screwing, cementing, and fastening.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Availability for First Shift (5:00 am - 3:30 pm) and Third Shift (3:30 pm - 2:00 am).

Qualifications:
  • Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, reach, walk, and use hands and fingers for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work six days a week, with overtime on Fridays and Saturdays as required.
  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience or training is preferred.
  • Capability to meet and exceed company standards in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
