About the Role
At Disability Solutions, we are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team in Missoula, Montana. This role involves providing essential support to individuals on their path toward recovery and wellness. As a key member of our team, you will assist clients in their rehabilitation journey by participating in support meetings, helping with daily activities such as shopping, and participating in therapeutic activities.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily tasks and activities to promote independence and well-being.
  • Participate in support meetings and group activities to facilitate client engagement and motivation.
  • Work closely with Case Managers and Therapists to develop and implement personalized recovery plans.
  • Provide transportation for clients to and from their appointments.
  • Facilitate group activities that promote healing and personal growth.

Requirements
  • HIPAA Knowledge: Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is required to ensure the confidentiality and privacy of client information.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: A strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound discretion is essential.
  • Proactive Approach: The ideal candidate should be proactive, anticipating client needs and offering support accordingly.
  • Sound Judgment: The ability to make accurate decisions and demonstrate good judgment is key to success in this role.
  • Positive Attitude: A passion for helping others and maintaining a positive attitude is highly valued.
  • Personal Responsibility: The candidate must demonstrate responsibility by keeping commitments and actively seeking or offering help when needed.

Compensation

$16.50 hourly
