As a Caregiving Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing essential support and assistance to clients in their daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help clients with meal preparation and medication management.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health and well-being.
- Maintain a safe and clean living environment.
Requirements:
- Experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrate a compassionate and patient demeanor.
- possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Certification in CPR and first aid is a plus.
