Job Description

Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) is a global media platform that drives smart application of investment through leveraging scale, marketplace innovation, deeper partnerships, and knowledge. As a key member of the Lift team, the Supervisor, Enablement and Campaign Optimization will play a crucial role in supporting the sales, growth, and demand of PMX Lift solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of audience-based buying, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. They will be responsible for managing campaign cycles from intake to measurement, ensuring agreed-upon goals and objectives are met, and providing exceptional customer service.

The Supervisor, Enablement and Campaign Optimization will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships between internal and external parties, identifying areas for opportunity to expand current processes, and driving automation improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of campaign cycle from intake to measurement
  • Act as subject matter expert across Advanced TV and marketplace capabilities
  • Utilize expertise and category-specific business insights to understand and make campaign-level recommendations
  • Work collaboratively across teams to manage key stakeholders and ensure timely approval and execution of Lift campaigns
  • Manage creative, traffic, and billing needs both from internal teams and external vendors
  • Track and enforce timelines to ensure all teams, internal and external, are meeting deadlines and providing required deliverables

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience within an agency or media company, with a history of executing audience-based campaigns programmatically and through Direct IO
  • Sound understanding of Addressable TV and CTV channels, preferably with planning and/or buying with Advanced TV vendors
  • Experience working with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-party data in various applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Energetic, friendly, and tactful professionalism in communications with a diverse range of individuals
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage priorities and workflow
  • Excellent relationship building and ability to work both independently and part of a team
  • Trustworthy to maintain confidentiality
