About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Partner to join our Human Resources team at Round Rock ISD. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide strategic guidance and support to our employees and leaders to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Operations: Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related issues, including employee relations, performance management, and investigations.
  • Employee Engagement: Collaborate with leaders and employees to improve employee engagement, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Performance Management: Advise leadership on performance management and appropriate resolution of employee relation issues.
  • Investigations: Conduct fact-finding and formal investigations to address allegations of policy violations and workplace misconduct.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Human Resources or related field required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Three years of progressive experience in Human Resources or five years of management, supervision, or high-level project management experience in one or more functions of Human Resources.
  • PHR/SPHR or a similarly recognized certification related to Human Resources preferred.
