About the Role
We are seeking a skilled LPN Clinical Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services that prioritize client satisfaction and well-being. With a strong focus on clinical expertise and interpersonal skills, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and outstanding outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect nursing care to clients in home settings, under the supervision of an RN.
- Supervise and oversee home care staff, ensuring effective coordination and communication.
- Administer medications, perform lab draws, and conduct IV insertions with precision and attention to detail.
- Prioritize client needs, engage them in their healthcare journey, and provide tailored education and support.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of acute care or home care nursing experience.
- Certification/Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Ohio or a participating state.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
