Mental Health Care Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a Full-Time Mental Health Care Specialist to join our Community Residential Rehabilitation Services (CRRS) team in North Philadelphia. As a Mental Health Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing quality care and supervision to clients while in residence at the site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate client information and supervisory directives between shifts.
  • Deliver individual and group activities, such as counseling sessions and social skills development.
  • Ensure safety and security of the facility, including crisis management.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes and residential service plans.
  • Comply with internal and external regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Promote continuity of program activity through effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Associates degree in human services or equivalent experience.
  • Valid PA driver's license required.
Compensation:

$15.75/hour
