Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled FAMILY MENTAL HEALTH SPECIALIST to join our team at Maternity Care Coalition. This role will involve providing high-quality, culturally sensitive mental health services to pregnant and parenting individuals and families in Southeastern Pennsylvania.

About the Position:

  • This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary of $65,000-$75,000 based on experience and qualifications.
  • As a specialist, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide individualized assessments and treatment plans to address symptoms of perinatal depression and anxiety, other behavioral health conditions, and relational issues.
  • You will conduct therapy sessions in clients' homes, community settings, and through telehealth (virtual sessions).

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Social Work, or a related field is required. A MSW or MS in a related field is preferred.
  • Clinical licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LSW) is strongly preferred. 2+ years practicing as a therapist and 2+ years providing direct services in a community setting are also preferred.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) skills are required.
