Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead shifts and manage assigned departments, including Guest Service, Kitchen, and People departments.
  • Manage Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up on results.
  • Ensure that all service staff are trained in service procedures and that the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas are organized for the best service.
  • Control food cost and ensure that all kitchen staff are trained in production procedures.
  • Ensure that the restaurant hires qualified crew, trains them well, and schedules them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals.

Requirements:

  • Previous managerial experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Positive team player with flexible schedules.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
