Description

Minuteman is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our team. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service department and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service possible.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise the service department staff, including hiring and training of service coordinators.

- Develop and implement service policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations

- Monitor service calls and ensure timely dispatch of technicians

- Maintain accurate records of service orders, inventory, and customer information

- Communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction

- Manage and maintain service equipment and tools

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in service management or related field

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Knowledge of service industry practices and procedures

- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

- Strong problem-solving skills
