Job Description

Job Overview

Holman's Custom Cabinets is a leading manufacturer of high-quality custom cabinets, seeking a skilled Kitchen Cabinet Sales Representative to join our team. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of craftsmanship and customer service to support our company's reputation in the Mid-Tennessee area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Kitchen/Cabinet Design and Measure: Collaborate with our design team to create custom cabinet designs and measure spaces to ensure accurate installations.
  • 20/20 and KCD Cabinet Design: Utilize industry-leading software to design and create custom cabinet designs.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in kitchen and bath design, interior design, or a related field.
  • Sales Background: Proven sales background, preferably within the design and/or construction arena.
  • Software Skills: Expert skills in 20/20 Design Software or KCD software.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and customer interactions.
  • Engaging Personality: An engaging personality to build lasting relationships with team members and clients.
Compensation

We offer competitive compensation packages, including a base salary and commission structure. Top performers can earn up to $75,000 or more.
