Job Summary

The Clinical Coordinator RN is responsible for coordinating the departmental clinical operations, ensuring smooth processes within the perioperative period. This role involves coordinating admissions and transfers, delegating patient care to appropriate personnel, and identifying effective communication and coordination methodologies.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate admissions and transfers to facilitate timely patient flow throughout the department
  • Delegate patient care to appropriate personnel based on needs, abilities, and expertise
  • Identify and implement effective communication and coordination methodologies to support anesthesia personnel, surgeons, nursing, and staff
  • Understand the needs of the organization and support the mission, values, and management of patient care services
Requirements
  • 4 Years Nursing - Related Area Required - And Clinical - Critical Care (ICU/CCU) Or Clinical - Surgical Services Preferred
  • Graduate Nursing Required - Or College Courses Nursing Required - With Required Licensure/Certification - And Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred
  • Registered Nurse Required - And National Certification in Nursing Preferred
Work Schedule

Saturday & Sunday 7:00am-7:30pm

Weekend and Call Requirements
