Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with the Pricing Operations team and various stakeholders to enhance launch efficiency, minimize the overall timeline, and increase launch frequency.
  • Oversee and assist with the operational components of the Volume and Scale product lifecycle, which includes SKU development and managing approvals for business strategies and pricing inquiries.
  • Conduct audits related to the standard launch procedure.
  • Plan projects to execute business decisions, outlining critical milestones, and drive efforts to meet project objectives and timelines.
  • Collaborate across functions and effectively communicate with all upstream and downstream stakeholders to ensure clarity regarding strategy, project plans, and their implications.
  • Document process improvements and promote the adoption of best practices (processes, tools) to enhance overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate the creation and upkeep of system and process documentation.
  • Handle ad hoc operational requests, including reporting and auditing of SKU and Pricing files to facilitate product launches.
  • Review business requirements and manage Partner/OEM contract stipulations, ensuring that approvals are properly documented.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in an operational capacity, adept at prioritizing and managing projects with precision and care.
  • Proficient in Visual Basic (VBA) and MS Excel development.
  • Advanced knowledge and proficiency with Excel, Workfront, Confluence/Wiki, SAP, and SharePoint are essential.
  • Experience in driving processes and consistently achieving established key milestones.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify optimization opportunities, design solutions, and outline implementation plans.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to investigate and identify issues, root causes, and propose resolutions.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, along with strong analytical skills and auditing experience.
  • Exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
  • Experience in creating training documentation or curriculum is a plus.
