About the Role

Sares Regis Operating Company, L.P. is seeking an experienced property management professional to join our team at our 180-unit community, Vestalia. This is a great career opportunity in an ideal location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the Community Manager.
  • Train and develop the team, assist with scheduling, and review daily rent recommendations.
  • Collect current and delinquent rent, implement timely legal action, and post invoices.
  • Review move-in and move-out files, verify information, and complete weekly reports.
  • Assist the Community Manager in resolving resident and prospective resident conflicts.
Requirements
  • 1 year of related property management experience with the ability to pass a fair housing exam.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts, including discounts, interest, and percentages.
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Knowledge of operations software used at the property level, including Outlook, Internet software, Excel, and Word.
  • Current driver's license and auto insurance.
