Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the surgical environment by assembling necessary instruments and materials.
  • Ensure sterile conditions in the management of surgical tools and related items.
  • Assist in the turnover process of operating rooms between procedures, which includes cleaning equipment and maintaining the cleanliness of surfaces.
  • Set up the procedure area for upcoming operations by arranging equipment and noting any required supplies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
  • Certification as a Surgical Technologist.
  • Preferred minimum of one year of experience in a surgical setting.
  • Valid Basic Life Support (BCLS) Certification upon hire.
