About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving studio growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective members
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure member satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in the fitness industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
