We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving studio growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective members
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure member satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the management team to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies
- 1-2 years of sales experience in the fitness industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
