Job Title: Account Executive II - Risk Insurance Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive II - Risk Insurance Leader to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our risk insurance business and driving growth through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the development and implementation of risk insurance strategies to drive business growth and profitability
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-most client decision-makers and day-to-day client contacts
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service and drive business results
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion

Requirements:

* 5-7 years of experience in risk insurance with a proven track record of success
* Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products and ability to learn new technologies quickly
