  • Provide clarifications and revisions to requirements as needed throughout the release cycle
  • Ensure baseline documentation is updated after each release, including requirements traceability matrix (RTM)
  • Collaborate with developers to perform high-level functional testing of the solution
  • Work within the system development life cycle (SDLC) guidelines to ensure all documentation adheres to required guidance
  • Perform peer review of team members' work products
  • Plan and execute Oracle EBS Upgrades and Patching
  • Oversee Integrations and Data Migrations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent education/experience in an accounting or information technology field
  • Minimum of 7 years as a functional analyst/requirements analyst for Oracle EBS Federal Financials and Projects R12
  • Demonstrated experience in systems and/or data analysis and the SDLC
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload and maintain schedules and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks, such as Scrum, is a plus
  • Experience with G-Invoicing
  • Experience with Microsoft Visio and Project is a plus
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulations related to compliance and security
