Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Gloversville Family Health Center. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the assessment and well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions
  • Perform laboratory tests and therapeutic services
  • Educate patients and families about disease treatment plans, self-care, and follow-up care
  • Cross-train with the Chronic Care Manager position as needed
Requirements
  • Diploma from an accredited school of LPN/LVN nursing
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse in the state of New York
  • BLS Provider certification within 3 months of hire date
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and follow instructions in English
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively in a team setting and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

St. Mary's Health Care offers a competitive salary range of $23.23-$30.20 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
