Job Title: LPN - Nursing Professional

Fulton Center is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Gloversville, NY. This is an immediate hire opportunity with a $5000 sign-on bonus.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN to provide high-quality patient care in our rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting patient information, administering medications, and providing wound care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect patient information and record vital signs and health details
  • Administer medications and injections as needed
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required
  • Assist patients with personal hygiene and daily living activities
  • Monitor patient food and liquid intake and output
Requirements:
  • Valid LPN State license
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • Must be in good standing with State Registry
